Former Curatorial Assistant, Painting & Sculpture, The Museum of Modern Art
Tamar Margalit is the former Curatorial Assistant in the Department of Painting and Sculpture at The Museum of Modern Art. She worked on the museum retrospective of Donald Judd. Prior to joining MoMA, she was a Director of Exhibitions at Luxembourg & Dayan Gallery, where she curated the group exhibitions In the Making (2016) and That Obscure Object of Desire (2014); the solo exhibition Enrico Baj (2015); and organized the performance series Body/Building (2015). Tamar holds an M.A. in Modern Art History from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Art History and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
