Jorge Schwartz

Jorge Schwartz graduated in Latin American Studies and English from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and holds a master’s and doctorate in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature from USP, where he was a full professor of Hispanic American literature. He has authored numerous books and articles on visual arts and literary criticism and has curated several exhibitions. He also directed the Lasar Segall Museum (Ibram/MinC). With Companhia das Letras, he published “Fervor das vanguardas” and “Borges babilônico,” among other works.
