Alf Chang

Alf Chang is Director, ETAT Lab. Founded by artist Huang Wen-hao in 1995, ETAT is one of the most important private-sector organizations dedicated to media and digital art in Taiwan. Chang was also involved in the development of Taiwan Contemporary Art Archive, a wiki-based online archive dedicated to performance, video, new media, installation, and photography, established in 2013 by the Association of the Visual Arts in Taiwan. Chang is also the director of Digital Art Foundation.
